Slow metabolism is one of the main reasons why your body stores fat.

The last myth is about following a professional bodybuilder’s routine. Of course, you will consult a professional during your workouts. However, you should never adopt their workout program. Every individual has a different body type, and it needs a unique exercise routine. A workout regimen that worked for you may not prove beneficial to another and vice versa.
